摘要
应用模糊聚类分析法，选取不同的模糊相似系数计算公式，通过对一组术类药材的色谱指数－组分百分比浓度数据的分析，得到了不同的动态聚类图，由此确定出计算相似系数的标准公式及阈值，并应用此公式及阈值讨论了另两种术类药材的种源归属。为模糊聚类分析法应用于一般药材的分类提供了一种较为切实可行的方法。
In order to form a paragon of classifying general medicinal plants in numerical way, the GCRL-composition percentage concentration data of eleven different atractylodes were analysed as a sample in the methed of fuzzy clustering analysis of multivariate.In this mathematical method,several formulas were applied to calculating the coefficients of fuzzy similarity and one was selected for having the best clustering effect. So the standard formula and threshold value were determined and they make it possible for us to numericaliy distcuss the category Of some other atractylodes.
