摘要
以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸为主要单体,采用种子半连续乳液聚合法合成了苯丙乳液,研究了软硬单体的配比、硬单体中苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯的相对量和丙烯酸的用量等对乳液及乳胶漆性能的影响。
the styrene - butyl acrylate emulsion was prepared by seeded semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with styrene,butyl acrylate ,acrylic acid as monomers.The effects of the ratio of soft and hard monomers, the amount of styrene ,methyl methacrylate in hard monomers , the amount of acrylic acid on the emulsion and the emulsion coatings were discussed.
