摘要
在有关学术规范的讨论中,学术规范的价值、学术规范的主体和学术规范的方法是三个比较重要的问题。学术规范的价值应该包括本体价值和工具价值;学术规范的主体应当包括学术生产者、学术评价者和学术管理者;寻求学术规范的方法的关键在于从学术失范和学术腐败的原因入手,进行相应的制度设计,使违反学术规范的行为无利可图。
In the discussion of academic norm, the value of academic norm, the subject of academic norm and themethod of academic norm are the three essential items. This paper points out that the value of academic norm should includenoumenon value and tool value; the subject of academic norm should include academic producer, academic evaluator andacademic administrator; the key of seeking the method of academic norm lies in carrying out correspondent system toprevent academic norm from deviation and corruption, to make the behavior of violating the academic norm non-profitable.
