摘要
荷叶为多年生水生草本植物莲的叶,具有重要的药用价值.探讨了超临界CO2萃取的压力、温度、流量、时间等条件对荷叶挥发油收率的影响,确定其最佳萃取条件:萃取压力30MPa,温度40℃,CO2流量25kg/h和时间90min,得率为4.36%,水蒸馏法提取率为1.65%.结果表明,超临界CO2萃取挥发油比传统的水蒸气蒸馏提取法质优,收率大大提高,萃取时间短,无溶剂残留.
<Abstrcat>Lotus leaves, the leaves of an annual herb plant Nelumbo nucifera, is an important medicine material in China. In the paper,the effects of the pressure, the temperature, the CO_2 flowing and time on the extraction rate of the volatile oil from the leaves by supercritical CO_2. Thus the optimal extracting conditions are determined: the pressure 30 MPa, the temperature 40℃, CO_2 flowing 35 kg/h and the time 90 min. The volatile oils were obtained by supercritical CO_2 and steam distillation, extraction rate (3.56%) and 1.65% respectively. The results show that the qualitiy of the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO_2 is better than the latter, extraction rate higher, the extracting time shorter and without solvent remainder.
