2-(4-硝基苯基)吡啶衍生物的合成研究 被引量:4

摘要  以对硝基苯胺和合成得到的2-溴-4-硝基苯胺为原料,采用Gomberg-Bachmann芳基偶联反应,合成了两种电致磷光材料的关键中间体2-(4-硝基苯基)吡啶和2-(2-溴-4-硝基苯基)吡啶,并通过1HNMR确证了产物结构.研究结果表明,该合成方法简单、可行,芳基偶联产物2-(4-硝基苯基)吡啶和2-(2-溴-4-硝基苯基)吡啶的产率分别达到了22.5%和5.9%,其中前者超过文献报道水平,后者未见文献报道. Nitrophenyl)pyridine and 2-(2-Bromo-4-nitrophenyl) pyridine are synthesized by Gomberg-Bachmann coupling reaction using p-nitroaniline and 2-bromo-4-nitroaniline respectively. Their molecular structures are characterized by ~1HNMR. They can be used as the key intermediates of electrophosphorescent materials. The results showed that the synthetic approach is simple and available. The yield of 2-(4-Nitrophenyl) pyridine and 2-(2-Bromo-4-nitrophenyl) pyridine reaches 22.3% and 5.9%, respectively. The former result exceeds the reported and the latter hasn't been reported in literatures.
