摘要
21世纪的技术创新必须契合可持续发展战略的时代要求。技术创新生态化转向的提出旨在克服传统技术创新理论单一 的经济增长观及其在认识上的误区,正视经济、社会和生态三者问的紧密联系与协调发展的现实问题。技术创新生态化转向首先应 该是一个观念的转向,目标的转向。在实践上要大力推行绿色经济,发展生态技术创新。
The technological innovation in the 21st century must correspond to the demand of sustainable development. The proposition of ecological diversion of technological innovation aims at getting rid of the misconception of unilateral economic development of traditional technological innovation theory and putting attention to the practical problems that economy, society and ecology should be combined closely and developed harmoniously. The ecological diversion of technological innovation should first be a diversion of views and a diversion of goals. In practice we must develop green economy on a big scale and make ecological technological innovation.
