辣椒素对大鼠面部皮肤一氧化氮合酶阳性神经的影响

摘要 目的:研究辣椒素(CAP)对大鼠面部皮肤一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经的影响,探讨CAP治疗三叉神经的镇痛机制。方法:把CAP配成30mM浓度溶液备用,按用量分成4组(A组20μl、B组30μl、C组50μl和D组100μl),分别皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经眶下支,24h取材,切片,免疫组化染色,镜检,计算机图像分析。结果:经方差分析,各组之间比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:CAP对大鼠面部皮肤NOS有明显的影响,NOS参与口面部的痛与镇痛。 Objective:To research the effect of capsicin(CAP) on the NOS in rat facial skin, and to explore the analgesic mechanism of CAP in treating prosopalgia thereby.Method:A 30mM-solution of capsicin was prepared for subcutaneous injection at infraorbital region to infiltrate trigeminal nerve-branch. The volume of solution injected at a time for each rat was 20μl(group A),30μl(group B),50μl(group C) and 100μl(group D) respectively. 24h after injection,the tissues of relavent region were sampled for immunohistochemical obsevation and computer image analysis.Result:The variance analysis showed that there were very obvious difference between these groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is obvious influence of CAP on NOS in rat facial skin. The NOS may participate in mechanisms of pain and analgesia at oro-facial region of rat.
