摘要
随着相关技术的发展,移动视频应用逐渐开展。探讨了移动视频在军事应用中的可行性,并对传输信道特征分析、压缩编码、数据容错和传输控制等技术进行了研究;对视频编码的国际标准,包括ITU-T的H.26X系列标准和ISO的MPEG-X系列标准中的关键算法进行了比较和研究;针对移动环境下信道不稳定特征,探讨了3种抗误码机制;对单播和多播传输的码流控制技术进行了研究。
Along with the development of related techniques, the application of mobile video has been introduced. The possibility of the use of mobile video in military affairs was discussed, and several key technologies, such as characteristic of transmission channel, coding, error tolerance and bit-stream control, were explored in details. Such international standard as H.26X of ITU-T and MPEG-X of ISO were reseached. According to characters of mobile networks, three technologies were used. Some methods were given in multicast and unicast.
