摘要
讨论了QoS中的一项关键技术,即网络服务质量评估技术。基于SLA的核心思想,提出一个QoS评估模型,从6个方面描述了评估体系模型的构成。根据内容提供商、网络运营商、其它服务提供商和用户所处位置的不同,定义了两种网络性能参数的采集方法。给出业务分层和SLA服务性能指标的对应关系。以SLA高层应用为例详细介绍了6个性能指标的计算方法。
Animportant technique ofQoS (quality ofservice) evaluation system is discussed. Firstly, a model ofQoS evaluation system is offered based on SLA (Service Level Agreement). The construction of this model is described from six aspects. Secondly, two collecting methods of network performance parameters are defined according to ICP (Internet Contents Provider), ISP (Internet Service Provider), other service providers and users. Thirdly, the corresponding relationship between the business layering and the SLA service performance parameters is analyzed. Finally, taking the high level application of SLA as an example, six caculating methods of performance parameters are introduced in detail.
