摘要
对硫酸盐竹浆臭氧漂白的影响因素进行了研究,并通过正交实验得出臭氧单段漂白的最佳工艺条件为浆浓10%,臭氧用量0.5%,温度20℃和pH值2。此条件下,漂后浆白度可达68.7%SBD,粘度为887mL/g。另外还进一步还探讨了竹浆H2O2强化的臭氧漂白工艺。
In this paper, some factors, which influenced ozone bleaching of kraft bamboo pulp, were studied with the orthogonal test. The best technical conditions were pulp consistency 10%, ozone dosage 0.5%, temperature 20℃ and pH value 2. Under these conditions, the brightness and the viscosity of the bleached pulp were 68.7%SBD and 887 mL/g.In addition, ozone bleaching of bamboo pulp with addition of H_2O_2 was also discussed.
