摘要
在钢管连轧机组中,毛管延伸是主要变形工序之一,对机组的生产能力和产品质量起着重要的作用。过去由于受研究手段所限,对钢管连轧过程诸多问题,如金属流动、缺陷形成等的研究难以取得实质性突破。介绍了国内外对钢管连轧变形区的理论分析及实验研究,重点介绍用有限元方法对钢管连轧过程的模拟分析及其在工艺参数制定和孔型优化设计中的应用。
In tube continuous-rolling mills, steel tube con-rolling process is one of the main deformations, and plays an important role in capacity and quality of products. As research methods limited, many problems such as metal flowing, defect forming have not been able to attain the significant breakthrough for steel tube con-rolling process. Deals with theoretical analysis, experimental investigations and numerical analyses respectively. Especially introduces the application of FEM in simulating seamless steel tube con-rolling process, formulating technical parameters and optimizing roll pass design.
