摘要
装配智能IC卡公用电话机,其综合质量水平是零部件、外购外协件、原材料以及生产、装配、设计整个过程的质量综合体现。本文研究解决各环节质量问题,建立质量保证体系,加强科学试验和过程质量控制,从而提高整机质量水平。
In the assembling of IC card intelligence telephone, the All Quality Level accords to the quality of parts, components, material and the course of producing, assembling and designing. In this thesis, research on solving quality problems in various sectors is done, including establishing Quality Control System, strengthening control process and science test in order to improve the whole quality. '
