摘要
在WCDMA无线网络规划中,不仅要考虑现有的各项技术网络指标,还应该综合考虑系统资源的利用率,使无线网络的规划更加合理,为此,需要在规划中引入Q值来进一步加强对WCDMA无线网络规划的要求。
In order to make the radio network layout much more reasonable, we not only consider every technical network index, but also consider utilization factor of system resource synthetically. Hence, the Q factor must be introduced in the layout to reinforce the requirement of WCDMA radio network layout.
