摘要
目的评价角膜穿通伤修补、外伤性白内障摘出、前部玻璃体切除人工晶状体植入联合手术的疗效。方法对32例符合手术标准的患者行此手术。结果经随访观察1年,患者视力较术前明显提高。视力不小于0.6者15眼,0.5～0.3者10眼,0.3～0.1者5眼,0.1以下2眼。结论多联手术是眼前段结构紊乱重建、恢复视功能的首选术式之一,严格掌握手术适应证,运用娴熟的技术,可方便患者、节约治疗费用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical offects of associational operation that corneal penetrating injury neoplasty,traumatic cataract extraction anterior vitrectomy and implan tation of artificial lens.Method 32 cases that accorded with operational standard were operated.Results During the follow up of 12 months all eyes got better visual acuity than that of pre-operation 15 eyes had a final visual acuity of 0.6 or better,10 eyes between 0.3～0.5 and 5 eyes between 0.1～0.3 and 2 eyes 0.1 or below.Conclusion Operational adaptability is mastered strictly and consummate still is wielded.The multiple associational operation make things convenient for the patients and is able to decrease the expense.It is one of the first operational way to rebuild untidy eye anterior segment and recover visual function.
