摘要
以Pd/C为催化剂,碘化钾(KI)为助催化剂,研究了液相催化加氢法还原4,4'-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2'-二磺酸制备4,4'-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2'-二磺酸.结果表明,当KI用量为原料质量的0.4%时,可显著提高催化加氢反应的选择性,制得产物的纯度(质量分数)为99.4%,收率可达97.4%.产物用元素分析、IR、1H NMR 和MS进行了鉴定.
Preparation of 4,4'-diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DSD acid) via reduction of 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DNS) was studied with the liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation method using palladium-carbon as catalyst and KI as assistant-catalyst. The results showed that when mass ratio of KI to DNS is 0.4%, the selectivity of the hydrogenation could be enhanced obviously and the purity of the product could come up to 99.4%, the yield of DSD acid is 97.4%. The product was identified by elemental analysis, IR, ~1H NMR and MS.
