1991年3～6月和1992年3～6月,分别对西北农业大学畜牧站猪群和兽医院门诊病猪的球虫病原种类进行了2次调查。在所查的88头猪中,球虫总感染率为80.7％（71头/88头）,查见蒂氏艾美球虫（Eimeria debliecki）,猪艾美球虫（E.suis）,新蒂艾美球虫（E.neode-bliecki）,豚艾美球虫（E.Porci）,极细艾美球虫（E.perminuta）,粗糙艾美球虫（E.scabra）,赛多尼斯艾美球虫（E.cerdnis）,猪等孢球虫（Isospora suis）和一新种杨陵艾美球虫（Eimeriayanglingensis sp.nov）共9种。文内详细描述了杨陵艾美球虫新种的形态特征,并与相似虫种进行了比较。
This paper presents results of a survey of faecal specimens which were examined for coccidia present in pigs in Yangling, Shaanxi, China. 88 faecal specimens were collected from the pigs in Animal Husbandry Station and the diseased pigs in Veterinary Hospital of Northwestern Agricultural University between March to June 1991 and March to June 1992 respectively. In these specimens, 50 were from pigs in Animal Husbandry Station, 38 from the diseased pigs in Veterinary Hospital. Eight different species of Eimeria including a new species and one species of Isospora were identified. 71 out of 88 (80.7%) pigs were infected with coccidia. Oocysts were detected in all 50 (100%) samples collected from pigs in Animal Husbandry Station, but only 21 out of 38 (55%) specimens collected from the diseased pigs in Veterinary Hospital. Mixed infections were frequently found. The following species were identified:1. Eimeria neode-bliecki Vetterling, 1965. Prevalence:59%. 2. E. suis Noller, 1921. Prevalence:50%. 3. E. debliecki Douwes,1921. Prevulence:46.6%. 4.E. cerdonis Vetterling, 1965. Prevalence:38.6%. 5. E. scabra Henry, 1931. Prevalence, 31. 8%. 6. E. perminuta Henry, 1931. Prevalence, 28. 4%. 7. E. porci Vetterling, 1965. Prevalence, 12.5%. 8. Isospora suis Noller, 1921. Prevalence, 6.8%. 9. E. Yanglingensis sp. nov. Oocysts are cylindrical. There are some differences in measurement between the two ends of oocysts but they are symmetric. Fifty sporulated oocysts, measuring (23.2-32. 4) um×(12.0-16. 8) um. The average size is (30.4±1.7)μm×(14.8±1.0 )um. The length-width ratios ranging from 1.92-2.20. Oocyst wall is composed of 2 layers, scabrous, comparatively thick, brownish yellow. Sporulation time: 96-144 hours at 27(C).
