摘要
白花假龙胆(GnellaalbifpraMa .)为龙胆科常用药用植物。本实验采用反向高效液相色谱法测定了这种药用植物原植株的龙胆苦甙(Gentiopicroside)、芒果甙(Mangiferin)、齐墩果酸(Oleanolicacid)的含量。结果表明,白花假龙胆三种药效成分含量不同,其中龙胆苦甙含量最高,为1.95 3 6%。
Gnella albifpra Ma., belonging to Gentianac eae, are Chinese medical he rbs in common use. The content of its efficacious components(Gentiopicroside, M angiferin and Oleanolic acid)were determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the content its efficacious compo nents were different, and the content of Gentiopicroside was the highest, for 1. 9536%.
