摘要
葛兰西创建了“文化领导权”理论,从这一视角出发我们发现,当前我国社会秩序失范的重要症结就在于公民意识未能有效确立,导致政治制度和法律制度未能在社会成员中形成有效的内化。因此,要克服“道德滑坡”和“法律信仰危机”现象,就必须充分发挥公民意识的“文化领导权”作用,促进市场经济秩序的普遍有效确立。
Antonio Gramsci created the theory of 'cultural leadership'. From this point of view, we can find out that the reason for lacking social order lies in the failure of establishing civil consciousness. As a result, the political system and the legal system have not been effectively internalized among social members. Therefore, in order to get rid of the phenomenon of 'moral degrading' and 'law belief crisis', we must give full play to the function of 'cultural leadership' of civil consciousness, promoting the wide and effective establishment of market economy order.
