摘要
采用两种温压专用润滑剂,在不同温度和压力下以温压技术制备铁基粉末冶金材料,比较其烧结密度的变化,并分析温压工艺对密度的影响。结果表明:此温压工艺在610MPa压制压力、140℃压制温度下可制备出烧结密度最高达到7.18g/cm3,抗拉强度最高达到550MPa的Fe2%Cu-1%C铁基粉末冶金材料。
Two different warm compaction lubricants were used to prepare iron-base powder metallurgy material using warm compaction technique at different compaction temperatures and pressures. Effect of warm compaction on compact density was studied. Results show that under the conditions of compaction pressure of 610 MPa and compaction temperature of 140℃, an Fe-2%Cu-1%C powder metallurgy material with density up to 7. 18 g/cm3 and tensile strength up to 550 MPa can be obtained using warm compaction technique.
