摘要
为发展社区卫生护理服务,培养适合社区需求的高素质护理人才,通过有效地控制社区护理实习中的几个关键环节,包括明确教学目标、制定社区实习计划、建立实习基地、做好实习的知识准备和思想准备、总结评价实习效果,以提高社区护理实习的质量,提高学生对社区护理工作的认识,促进课堂理论与实践相结合,增强学生交往与沟通的能力,培养和提高学生自主学习的能力和创新能力。
To develop community nursing service and to cultivate high-quality nursing talents meeting the need of community. This paper argues that the quality of community nursing internship can be ensured by effective control over the key links, such as the ascertainment of teaching aims, the making of internship plan, the establishment of internship base, the intellectual and psychological preparation for internship and the summarization and evaluation of the result of internship program. It is important to raise the students' awareness of community nursing, emphasize the combination of theory and practice, enhance their social and communicative competence, and improve their self-directed learning as well as their creativity.
