摘要
利用X射线衍射、热重-差热分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱和吸附脱附方法对自制的固载化杂多酸催化剂进行表征。表征结果表明,活性杂多酸以无定形形态负载在载体上,其活性中心为弱L酸,催化剂的孔体积和比表面积分别为0.85mL/g和217.7m2/g。采用该催化剂,在等温固定床反应器中进行甲基叔戊基醚(TAME)的裂解实验,并对催化剂活性下降机理进行讨论。实验结果表明,在0.3MPa、裂解温度190~220℃、液态空速小于0.6h-1的条件下,TAME的转化率大于99%,产物中2-甲基-2-丁烯(2MB2)与2-甲基-1-丁烯(2MB1)的摩尔比大于3,有利于下游产品的应用。
Catalysts for decomposition of tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME) were characterized by means of XRD, TG - DT A, FTER, and analysis of adsorption and desorption of pyridine. Activity site of catalyst was weak L-acid. Pore volume and BET specific surface area of catalyst were 0.85 mL/g and 217.7 m2/g respectively. TAME decomposition into isoamylenes was carried out in an isothermal integral fixed bed reactor with fresh catalyst. Deactivation mechanism of catalyst was discussed. TAME conversion was more than 99% and mole ratio of 2-methyl-2-butene (2MB2) to 2-methyl-1-butene (2MB1) in product was more than 3 under optimized conditions: 0.3 MPa, decomposition temperature 190 - 220°C and LHSV less than 0.6 h-1.
