摘要 目的 研究华山松松塔的化学成分。方法 用溶剂法和色谱法分离化合物,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果分离得到4个二萜类化合物,其结构鉴定为7-oxo-12α, 13β-dihydroxyabiet-8-( 14 )-en-18-oicacid(I), 7-oxo-13-β- hydroxyabiet-8(14)-en-8-oicacid(II), 8(14)-podocarpen-13-on-18-icacid(III)和lambertianicacid(IV)。结论 I为新化合物,其结构鉴定为-7-oxo-12α, 13β-dihydroxyabiet-8(14)- en -18 -oicacid,化合物II,III为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Aim To study chemical constituents from pine cone of Pinus armandii Franch. Methods The constituents were isolated by chromatographic method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Results Four compounds were identified as 7-oxo-12α,13β-dihydroxyabiet-8(14)-en-18-oic acid (I), 7-oxo-13β-hydroxyabiet-8 (14)-en-18-oic acid (II), 8 (14)-podocarpen-13-on-18-oic acid (III) and lambertianic acid (IV). Conclusion Compound I is a new diterpenoid and compounds II, III were isolated from this plant for the first time.
