摘要
目的:探讨胶艾汤对小鼠免疫功能的作用和机理。方法:小鼠连续给药10 d后,采用称重法称量脾脏和胸腺,测定腹腔巨噬细胞(PMΦ)吞噬鸡红细胞的能力,测定小鼠空斑形成细胞(PFC) ,计算绵羊红细胞(SRBC)致敏小鼠抗体生成能力和小鼠淋巴细胞转化率。结果:胶艾汤15 g·kg- 1和30 g·kg- 1两个剂量组均能显著增加小鼠脾脏及胸腺指数(P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1) ;增强小鼠PMΦ的吞噬功能(P<0 .0 1) ;能提高小鼠溶血值,增加其PFC数(P<0 .0 5 ) ;增强SRBC致敏小鼠抗体的生成(P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1)以及能提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率(P<0 .0 5 )。结论:提示胶艾汤具有提高机体免疫功能的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects a nd mechanisms of Ass hide Glue and Mugwort (Jiaoai) Decoction on immunity functi on in mice.Methods:After Jiaoai Decoction was given to mice once a da y for 10 days, the spleens and thymus were weighed, and the capacity of PMΦ to engulf chicken's RBC, PFC, the potential of antibody produced by sensitized mice with SRBC and transformation rate of lymphocyte were determined in mice.Results:15 g·kg -1 and 30 g·kg -1 dosage pro ups could notably increase the weight of spleen and thymus (P<0.05 or P <0.01), the capacity of PMΦ to engulf chicken RBC(P<0.01), PFC(P<0.0 5) and the potential antibody produced by SRBC sensitized (P<0.05 or P < 0.01) could enhance the valve of hemolysis and the transformation rate of lymphocyte (P<0.05) in mice.Conclusion:Jiaoai Decoction is of capacity of enhancing im munity function of the human body.
