摘要
近年来,公民教育在世界范围内越来越受到重视,已经成为世界各国教育的重要组成部分。如何培养社会发展需要的民族精神,提高公民的法律意识和道德意识,增强公民的政治参与能力已成为各国公民教育的重要课题。在21世纪知识经济时代,面对瞬息万变的世界局势,各国都将本国的公民教育放在更加重要的地位。本文从我国加强公民教育的实际需要出发,分析总结了世界几个主要国家公民教育经验,为新时期中国公民教育提供了有益的借鉴,提出了建立国家介入公民教育的设想。
For recent years, the citizen education is more and more valued in the world and has been an important component of the education in various countries. How to cultivate the state spirit needed by social development; enhance the citizen's legal consciousness and moral consciousness, strengthen the citizen's political participating ability have turned into the important subject for the citizen education of various countries. In the intellectual economic time of the 21st century and facing the changeable world situation, all countries have put citizen education on the still more important place. Starting from the real need of strengthening our country's citizen education, this note analyses and sums up the experiences for citizen education of some main countries of the world, gives useful experiences to Chinese citizen education in the new period and puts forward some ideas for the establishment of the state participation in the citizeneducation.
