供应链管理的突出效益表现在两个方面,一是提高对顾客的服务水平;二是降低企业的经营成本。物流则在完成供应链的目标方面起到了重要作用。因为配送网络是物流管理不可或缺的一部分,因此对配送网络进行研究有着很重要的意义。
The outstanding performance of SCM results in improving customer service level and reducing business operation cost. And logistics plays a vital role in achieving the supply chain's goal. Meanwhile,distribution network is one important part of logistics,thus,which means a lot to research on this subject.
