摘要
采用文献资料、实地调查等研究方法,揭示社区体育组织化运作的动力、资源供给的方式和组织结构特征;表明组织化运作要经历初级形态和复合形态阶段;从明晰政府、社区体育组织角色定位,社区体育资源开发与利用,培育社区体育俱乐部等方面提出对策。
It used the research methods of literature, on-the-spot investigation etc. to reveal the motive force of community sports' organized operation, the form of providing resources and the features of organizational structure, which indicate that the organized operation should go through the stages of primary and complex formations. This study puts forward some countermeasures in the aspects of the clear role location of government and community sports organization, the exploitation and utilization of community sports resources, cultivation of community sports clubs and so on.
