摘要
长江上游地区是中国西部地区旅游资源最富集的地区之一,其旅游资源协作开发和旅游产业发展在区域经济发展战略中占有独特的地位。全面推进长江上游地区旅游资源协作开发的基本途径,包括长江上游地区旅游资源协作开发管理体制,政府为主导、企业为主体的市场化管理运营模式,成都旅游经济圈、川西北旅游经济圈、重庆旅游经济圈等旅游资源开发及产业发展的重点区域。
Upper reaches of the Yangtze River is one of the biggest tourism resources enrichment region in the west region of China. Tourism resources cooperating exploitation and tourism industry development in this region has important and inimitable status. This paper puts forward the basic way to promote tourism resources cooperating exploitation in this region, including the tourism resources cooperating exploitation and management system, the market-directed governance mode in which the government plays as the guide and the enterprise plays as the protagonist, the emphatic regions of tourism resources cooperating exploitation and tourism industry development.
