摘要
本文用反相高效液相色谱法测定了氯氮平的血药浓度。其在血浆中的最低检测浓度为20μg/l,日内与日间精密度试验CV均小于5%。同时测定了31名住院精神分裂症病人的氯氮平血浆浓度,发现氯氮平的剂量在100-400mg/d时与血药浓度呈显著的正相关。血药浓度与疗效及不良反应之间的关系是不明显的。本文并对氯氮平在试验中的不良反应进行了评价。
Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic.Its plasma concentrations have been determined by using reversed phase HPLC method.The minimal detectable concentration was 20μg/l plasma. The within-day and day to day precisions(CV)of this method were less than 5% respectively.Clozapine plasma concentrations were determined in 31 inpatients. There was a good correlation between the dose and plasma concentration (P<0. 01), though there were no obvious correlations between the concentrations and the curative effects as well as the adverse reactions. At the same time, the adverse reactions of clozapine were cstimated.
