摘要
采用光学准直法和计算机数据处理技术来检测多管火炮平行性的光电设备代替传统的机械式测量仪,实现了对火炮膛线尺寸的自动检测。并简述了这种检测设备的工作原理与精度分析。
In this paper, a measurement system measuring the multi-barrel parallelism of the long range multi-barrel launcher is described . The optical-electrical measurement system is designed by applying laser collimation and digital image processing and measuring technology. A new type of laser collimation system, mechanical devices and an image collection system are designed. A method of gray level image processing and half-tone image measurement are discussed.
