摘要
本文研究了以双乙烯酮为原材料合成脱氢乙酸过程中,催化剂的种类、用量以及反应时间对产物得率的影响。结果表明,当采用1-甲基眯唑作为催化剂,反应物中催化剂的质量分数为2 % ,反应时间为2 .5h ,产物得率最高,达到85 .4 %。并介绍了脱氢乙酸的应用。
Dehydroacetic acid was synthesized from diketene,and the influence factors of product yield were investigated.The results indicated that while the amount of catalyst(1-methylimidazole) was 2%,and reaction time was 2.5 hours,the maxium yield of dehydroacetic acid was 85.4%.The applications of dehydroacetic acid were introduced.
