Preparation of Pure MoO_(3) Powder by H_(2)O_(2) Oxidation Hydrothermal Crystallization Combined Method

摘要 首次使用过氧化氢氧化-水热结晶联合法制备了高纯MOO3粉末.对其粉末粒子的尺寸、形貌和结晶习性进行了研究,对其纯度进行发射光谱分析,并对水热结晶的过程提出了一个可能的机理. H2O2 oblation-hydrothermal crystallization combined method was employed for the first time for the preparation of pure MoO3 powder. The particle she and crystal morphology are studied with XRD and TEM methods. The total content of main metallic hopurities is less than 14ppm. A possible gel crystallization mechanism is proposed.
