摘要
根据国有企业产权制度改革的进程,以云南省国有企业20年来改革的制度变迁及其绩效为个案进行分析,可看到我国国有企业改革的制度变迁及其政策演变经历了三个阶段,其间呈现出国有企业改革在制度层面存在的问题和矛盾。
Through an analysis of the reform of the ownership of the state-owned enterprises in Yunnan in the past twenty years and its achievements, the author discusses the three stages of the institutional and policy changes in China's state-owned enterprise's reform as well as the relevant institutional problems and contradictions.
