摘要
加强法学专业教学改革和人才培养,对于我国积极融入国际社会,开展民主与法制的建设、全面提高经济与社会发展水平将发挥重要作用。因此,在法学专业的教学中,有必要开展“实践性教学改革”的探索:加强法学实践性教学方式的科学研究;探索多样化、具有特色的法学理论教学方法;“建立二段式实习、一条龙实践”体系;进行社会实践活动,实际体验“实践性教学改革”的内涵。
Strengthening the education reform of law speciality and the cultivation of students of law speciality, play an important roll in the internationalization of China, the construction of democracy and legal system, as well as the complete improvement of economic and social development level in whole direction. During the educative process of law speciality, the active expansion of 'reform of practical teaching method' is concretely in the following aspects: increasing the devotion of law teaching; improving the scientific research; using the system of 'two periods of training, one series of practice'; exploring variety distinctive teaching methods; doing social practice; experiencing the true meaning of “reforma of practical teaching”, and so on.
