摘要
如何获得技术是企业战略的一部分,技术获取不一定就意味着技术开发。技术许可、购买设备、收购等,也是技术获取的重要方式。企业采取内部获取还是外部获取,是由企业规模、技术力量、企业战略等多因素决定的。对技术获取方式进行了分类,分析了影响企业技术获取方式选择的相关因子,在此基础上探讨了企业技术获取时机的选择问题。
Technology obtaining is one important part of enterprise's strategy, and it does not necessarily mean technology development. Licenses, equipment purchasing and acquisition are also important ways for enterprises to obtain technology. Whether technology is to be obtained internally or externally depends on the factors like the scale of the enterprise, enterprise's technical capability and strategies and so on. This paper classifies the methods of technology obtaining and analyzes elements influencing the selection of technology obtaining methods. Go on with these analyses, the paper discusses the issue of selecting the right time and chance to obtain technology.
