摘要
在对传统工程机械状态监测与故障诊断系统进行充分研究的基础上,提出了工程机械状态实时监测与诊断系统设计的一体化理念,并开发了集成化的监测与诊断系统,论述了实现该系统的硬件及软件的设计理论与方法。
Based on full study to traditional status monitoring and malfunction diagnosis system for engineering machinery, the paper offers idea of integrating status real-time monitoring and malfunction diagnosis, develops integrated monitoring and diagnosis system, discusses design theory and method for realizing hardware and software of system.
