摘要
采用MMW1型摩擦试验机对五种不同含铝量的高铝锌基合金在室温、100℃和干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损性能进行了试验。结果表明:室温时随着滑动速度的增加,合金的摩擦性能提高,磨损性能增强,ZA30在400r/min时摩擦磨损性能较好,摩擦系数为0.0483;载荷增加时锌基合金的摩擦性能随含铝量增加呈增强趋势,耐磨性能也随之增强,以ZA45为较好;100℃时,ZA30具有较好的摩擦磨损性能;高铝锌基合金干摩擦时摩擦磨损性能明显下降。
Friction and wear properties of five different Al containing Zn based alloys were investigated under room temperature,at 100℃ and dry sliding conditions with MMW 1 wear tester. The results show that the friction property of alloys is improved with increasing of the speed of slide under room temperature,and the property of ZA30 is better,the friction coefficient is 0.0483; the wear properties of alloys are enhanced with the increasing of Al content and ZA45 is better;the friction and wear properties of ZA30 are better at 100℃;the properties of alloys are decline under dry sliding condition.
