Supplement of Special Amino Acid in Sports Training

摘要 氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本物质,某些氨基酸在运动训练中具有特殊的营养功能,其补充品在增强机体能量代谢、延迟中枢疲劳、增强免疫能力、促进肌肉合成、加快机体恢复等方面具有一定的功效。训练中合理使用复方氨基酸在机体代谢方面起到良好的协同功能。 Amino acid is the fundamental material of constructing protein, some of which has special nutritional functions during the sports training. Its supplement has been found to play very important role in improving energy metabolism, retarding the fatigue of nerve centre, improving immunity capability, accelerating muscle building, fastening refreshment and so on. Therefore the correct and rational usages of compound amino acid can obtain good reciprocal effect in metabolism during exercise.
