摘要
通过实验和理论分析,发现非激活区气体中存在两个工作点,当功率超过某阈值时,工作点将发生跳变,从而引起CO2激光器功率突变。
According to the experimental and theoretical results, it is found that there aretwo operation points in the non-exited area. When the output power exceeds a threshold,the operation point skips, resulting in a sudden- change of the output power of theCOs laser.
