摘要
提出采用过氧化氢作氧化剂,结合碘量法测定镀铬溶液中的铬(Ⅲ)。对模拟的镀铬液进行了滴定,检验了该方法的可行性与准确性。采用该法、过硫酸铵-高锰酸钾法、过硫酸铵-碘量法3种方法分别对镀铬原液中的铬(Ⅲ)进行了测定与比较。结果表明,过硫酸铵作氧化剂结合碘量法,易产生AgI沉淀,影响精确度;而该法的滴定终点清晰,易于掌握和观察,精确度高,特别适用于镀铬液的现场常规分析,但应注意控制待测液的酸碱度。
A method combined with iodimetry for determining chromium (Ⅲ) in chromeplating bath with hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer was proposed. By titrating the analogous chromeplating bath, the feasibility and exactness of the method were tested. The present method, ammonium persulfate-potassium permanganate method and ammonium persulfate-iodimetry method were used to test and compare the chromium (Ⅲ) content in original chormeplating bath. The results prove that, the formation of silver iodide precipitate has a bad effect on the accuracy of the iodimetry method combined with ammonium persulfate as oxidizer. The recommended method is easy to operate and observe, has high accuracy, and is especially fit for the regular analysis of the chromeplating solution on the spot. But the alkalinity and acidity of the solution to be tested should be severely controlled.
