摘要
提出了一种动态近似熵的快速算法,只要较短数据就能表现信号的非线性特征,并大大缩短了计算时间.对心率变异性分析中静卧-行走实验采集的R-R间期信号进行了动态近似熵分析,描述了心率调节作用的动态变化,反映了受试者生理状态的改变与心率变异的无序性.
In this paper,a fast algorithm of dynamic Approximate Entropy(ApEn) is presented,which can describe the nonlinear characteristics of signals with limited data and shorten computing time greatly.The results of the analysis of R-R interval signals,which are acquired from the rest-to-walk experiment,show that dynamic ApEn can reflect the testees' physiological state changes and the disordered Heart Rate Variance,which is related to heart health.
