摘要
利用等效杠杆法分析了三自由度三行星排行星齿轮传动变速器可以实现的挡位数,对三自由度三行星排行星齿轮传动变速器基本接合元件的布置、行星排之间可能的连接形式及各种传动简图进行了深入的研究,得出了可行的传动方案。对可行方案进行了挡位、运动及力矩等方面的计算机辅助分析,建立了对行星齿轮传动变速器各传动方案的模糊评判目标进行定量化处理的数学方法,通过模糊综合评判,得出了评判结果,为自主研发自动变速器作了必要的准备。
Using lever analogy was to analyze the achievable shift number, and deeply study on the basic coupling components, arrangement, the possible joint forms and brief drawings of three-degree-of-freedom three-planet-row epicycle gear transmission. And the feasible train scheme was obtained. The passages also gave computer-assisting-analyze on the feasible scheme from shift, movement and torque etc, and got the mathematical method, which quantificationally deals with the fuzzy evaluation of these train schemes of the epicycle gear transmission. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation the passage got the result of evaluation, and it makes necessary preparation for researching and developing automated transmission.
