摘要
随着高等医学院校图书馆的信息化的发展,医学院校图书馆的功能发生了巨大变化发生了很大变化。本文主要论述了高等医学院校馆长承担了新的任务和新的角色的,这也要求具备与其相适应的职业素养,才能满足新的工作需求。
Along with the medical information and technology developing, the function of the medical college's library is changing. The curators undertake the new duties and act the new role, the occupation character was requested that the new work could be satisfied.
