不同接种污泥对UASB反应器处理毒性有机废水的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF THE DIFFERENTLY SEEDING UASB REACTORS FOR TREATMENT OF TOXIC ORGANIC WASTEWATER

摘要 对未经培养的城市污水处理厂消化污泥和经短期培养(30d)的城市污水处理厂消化污泥分别作为UASB反应器的接种污泥,进行了处理含有毒性物质树脂生产废水的比较试验。由于毒性物质的存在,消化污泥直接作为UASB反应器的接种污泥时,不能形成活性高、沉淀性能良好的颗粒污泥,因此反应器的容积负荷低(1.6kg/m3·d)、出水SS高(平均1200mg/L),污泥流失,为了维持系统的稳定运行,必须采取污泥回流的措施;经短期培养的消化污泥作为UASB反应器的接种污泥时,能形成活性高、沉淀性能良好的颗粒污泥,因此反应器的容积负荷高(4kg/m3·d)、停留时间短(平均2d),出水SS低(<200mg/L)。试验结果表明:接种污泥的初期结构及形态,是影响USAB反应器处理毒性有机废水的因素之一;短期人工培养后的城市污水厂消化污泥构成了颗粒污泥的污泥核心,从而使污泥易于颗粒化。由此推论,污泥核心是形成颗粒污泥的必要条件。 A comparison study of different sludges(anaerobic sewage sludge and anaerobic sewage sludge cultivated for 30 days)seeded UASB reactors for treatment of toxic resin processing wastewater was carried out.Because of the toxic matters presented in the wastewater, highly active granular sludge with better settling ability could not be formed in the reactor when the anaerobic sewage sludge was used as the seed.Therefore,the reactor had a low organic loading rate(1,6kgCOD/m3·d)and high effluent suspeneded solids (average in 1200mg/L),which resulted in the loss of sludge in the reactor.A sludge return equipment must be employed, in order to maintain the system to perform stably. However, highly active granules with better settling ability could be formed in reactor when the same sewage sludge was cultivated for a short time. Under the same condition, the reactor has a high organic loading rate (4kgCOD/m3·d),short hydraulic retention time(2 days)and low effluent suspended solids (less than 200mg/L).The experimental results showed that the initial structure and mophylogy of the seed were important factors on UASB reactors for treatment of toxic organic wastewater.Anaerobic sewage sludge with a short time cultivation can form the nuclei of the granules,and results in the sludge to granulize easily and rapidly. Therefore,the sludge nuclei are prerequisite of sludge granulation of UASB reactors.
