摘要
通过对国外先进经验的分析,对我国高校体育场馆专业化管理应采取的模式进行了探讨。认为应以物业管理体系对场馆的设施设备维护、场馆服务环境维护实行系统管理,对场馆使用实行合理分割,实现课程、训练、比赛和有偿开放同步发展。
In view of the advanced experience of the foreign countries,the management mode of the university sports grounds and stadiums in China were analyzed.It was held that estate (management) system could be introduced in the maintenance of the facilities,service of grounds and stadiums and environmental protection.The grounds and the stadiums should be reasonably used for classes,training,competition and compensated service.
