天然棕、绿彩色棉叶片光合色素分析 被引量:6

Analysis on Chlorophyll Content of Nature Brown and Green Cotton Leaves

摘要 对彩色棉不同生育时期的单位重量叶片光合色素含量和单叶片光合色素含量进行了测定分析,同时对彩色棉的光合色素进行了UV光谱测定。结果表明,彩色棉叶片单位重量叶绿素a、b、(a+b)含量的动态变化趋势与白色棉较为一致,其中棕色棉叶绿素a、b、(a+b)含量与白色棉相接近,绿色棉叶绿素a、b、(a+b)含量低,且差异显著。白色棉单叶片叶绿素总含量明显高于彩色棉,两彩色棉相接近。从幼苗期到盛花期叶绿素a/b都逐渐下降,其中绿色棉在初花期有一个小的高峰,从盛花期到吐絮期又逐渐升高,其中绿色棉上升最快,白色棉最低。两彩色棉光合色素的乙醇溶液UV光谱与白色棉一致,主要吸收峰在416nm、462nm和672nm处。 Based on the analysis on the chlorophyll content of naturally colored cotton leaves during the different growth periods, and the UV spectrum of naturally colored cotton photosynthesis pigment, this paper claims that the dynamic trends of chlorophyll cotton including a and b and (a+b) in naturally colored cotton leaves are the same as that in white cotton.The difference of the chlorophyll content in unit weight leaves between the brown colored cotton and the white cotton is not obvious,while the chlorophyll content of green colored cotton leaves is lower than that of the white cotton.Similarly,the total amount of chlorophyll in single leaf of the white cotton is higher than that of the naturally colored cotton,while the total amount of chlorophyll in single leaf of brown colored cotton is close to that of green colored cotton. The ratio of chlorophyll a/b of all those three cottons gradually declines from seedling stage to full-bloom stage,then gradually rises from full-bloom stage to boll opening stage. The UV absorption peaks of the naturally colored cotton photosynthesis pigment are very similar. The UV absorption peaks emerge in 416 nm,462 nm and 672 nm,respectively.
