摘要
目的观察交锁钉内固定手术治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法对于110例股骨干骨折病人采用交锁钉内固定的方法进行手术、术后有计划的关节功能康复锻炼、定期随访、观察。结果110例病人全部获得治愈,无膝关节僵直等异常情况的发生。结论交锁钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效佳。值得临床推广。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of interlocking nail in treatment of femur stem fracture patients. Methods 110 femur stem fracture sufferers are operated adopting the inside fixing method of interlocking nail, with designed joint rehabilitation exercises, periodical visit and observation after operation. Results 110 patients all recover, have no occurrence of excrescent circumstance of stiffen knee joint. Conclusion To cure femur stem fracture with interlocking nail has a good curative effect. Deserve the clinical expansion.
