摘要
与美国、加拿大等发达国家的道路运输市场管理相比,我国在许多方面还存在着差距。一方面是因为我国经济发展水平、管理能力等的落后,但更深层次的原因则是体制方面的问题。目前,道路运输市场管理体制上的弊端是制约道路运输市场发展的一个极为重要的因素。因此,随着改革开放步伐的加快和市场经济的不断完善,对道路运输市场管理体制的改革势在必行。
Compared with that in developed countries,such as the united states and canada,road transport market management in our country is far from perfect.On the one hand,it is because of the lag of the economy development,but the most important reason is the system.At present,the system's shortcoming becomes an important factor to restrain the development of road transport market.Aiming at the most important issues,this paper analyses the problems in the road transport system and makes some proposals to reform road transport market management system.
