市场机制及工商管理技术(市场化工具)在政府治理中日益加强地应用,成为2 1世纪西方行政管理改革与发展的一般趋势。当代西方政府改革与治理中常用民营化、用者付费。
Market mechanism and business administration techniques (marketization tools) have been frequently employed in the government governance,and this seems to be a trend in the government reform and governance in the western countries.The marketization tools covers more than ten categories including privatization,charge on users,and outsourcing,etc.
