摘要
新时期,高校思想政治教育工作面临着新的形势及背景,即经济全球化、社会信息化、经济市场化、价值多元化、高校规模化、后勤社会化等,使高校思想政治教育面临着新的机遇与挑战。要更好地对当代大学生进行思想政治教育,必须坚持以人为本,更新教育理念;坚持与时俱进,把握时代特征;创新教育制度,探索新的机制;寻求新的载体,建设校园文化;利用网络资源,优化育人环境;加强队伍建设,重视理论升华;突出个性教育,结合心理教育。
In new period, university's ideological and political education faces new situation and background, namely they are economic globalization, social informatization, general adoption of the market principle, value pluralism, the expansion of university's scale, the logistics socialization and so on. These make university's ideological and political education face new opportunities and challenges. In order to perform ideological and political education to contemporary university students better, we must insist on people foremost, renovate educational idea; keep abreast of the times, hold the characteristic of the time; innovate the education system, explore the new mechanism; seek the new carrier, build campus culture; utilize resources of the network, optimize educational environment; strengthen the building of teaching personnel, pay more attention to theory distillation; combining with psychological education, stress the individuality education.
