摘要 介绍了闪点试验起源和发展以及国内外测定石油产品闪点的主要标准方法。闪点可分为闭口闪点和开口闪点,根据石油产品种类的不同采取不同的方法测定闪点。文章对影响测定石油产品闪点准确性的因素进行探讨,包括升温速度、火焰大小和点火次数、试样的含水量、大气压的校正等,同时对测定闪点不同方法之间进行比对,并对近年来国外在石油产品闪点测试标准中如何采用标准物质来保证测试的可靠性予以介绍。 Most of the standard test methods for determining petroleum products flashing point in the world are discussed, also mentioning the origin and development of flashing point. Different determination methods for flashing point should be adopted to meet the different petroleum products. Factors of influencing the accuracy of flashing point, such as temperature rise speed, intensity of the flame, ignition time, water content in the samples and pressure correction, are discussed. At the same time, the comparisons among these test methods are made. Introduction about how to use the standard material to ensure the precision of the testing result in the flashing point testing standard abroad in recent years is also given.
